This year has already brought about so much change, and with it a sense of urgency, frustration, and overwhelm. Many of us feel inspired to act. But before action comes energy. Remember, your true power isn’t just in what you say or do—it’s in the state you hold. Your presence itself can be a force for change.
Neutrality is a technique that shifts us from reaction mode to a place of true influence.
Reaction says: I need to fix this right now, and I can’t rest until it’s different.
Neutral energy says: I’m aware, I’m present, and I choose how to direct my focus for the greatest impact.

So start with your energy first. When you change the way you hold your energy, you embody wisdom and clarity. You stop feeding the noise and start building what’s next. You align with solutions that match your intentions.
And from that place—your actions truly make a difference.
RELATIONSHIPS: OUR LEARNING PLAYGROUND
Since it’s February, let’s talk about relationships—but not in the cliché way.
Relationships are often where we grow the most. Whether it’s a partner, friend, colleague, or family member, every interaction shapes us in some way.
Your Human Design chart holds a key to understanding these dynamics. The places where you have open centers—the parts of your chart where you take in and amplify energy from others—are where you’re designed to learn, experience, and develop wisdom. These open areas can be your greatest teachers. For example:
Open Emotional Center: You deeply feel others’ emotions, sometimes mistaking them for your own. Your lesson? Learning to recognize which emotions are truly yours and which you’re absorbing from others.
Open Identity Center (G Center): You might feel different depending on who you’re around or struggle with direction. Your lesson? Embracing the fluidity of your identity instead of searching for a fixed sense of self.
Open Head Center: You take in inspiration from others but likely feel pressure to “figure things out”. Your lesson? Learning to use your strategy to know what ideas to take action on and which are meant for others.
Your relationships are opportunities—what lessons are they bringing to you? If you're curious to explore how your Human Design shapes the way you connect with others, schedule a Human Design relationship-focused reading. Whether it’s for partners, friends, or parent-child dynamics, we can deep dive on lessons, patterns and energetics that are at play.
